Business and Technology leader with 20+ years of experience in cloud transformation, data center migration, software architecture, program and delivery management. Prior to joining Sierra Digital, Pradeep held leadership roles in IBM, Hewlett Packard, and Motorola. He excels in straddling business and technology for strategic decision-making to deliver high impact projects. At Sierra Digital, Pradeep pioneered the SAP Contract Lease Management Practice, and has led more than 10 IFRS, ASC842, and GASB87 implementation projects for both domestic and international clients.
